Introduction

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using Cleture Connect software provided by Cleture Yazılım A.Ş. By using the software, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• "Yazılım": Cleture Connect workflow automation platform and all related components
• "Kullanıcı": Any individual or legal entity using the software
• "Şirket": Cleture Yazılım A.Ş.

License

Cleture Connect is provided under an open source license. This license grants you the right to use, modify, and distribute the software on your own servers (on-premise) free of charge. For the full text of the license terms, please visit our GitHub page.

Free Use

Cleture Connect is completely free. You can use the software for commercial or personal purposes without paying any fee. There are no hidden costs, usage limits, or trial periods.

Acceptable Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the software:

• Use for illegal activities
• Gambling, betting, or similar activities
• Distribution of malware or cyber attacks
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineering of the software (outside the scope of the open source license)

On-Premise Installation

Cleture Connect is an on-premise solution that runs on your own servers. The installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of the software is entirely your responsibility. Our company does not provide uptime guarantees or SLA (Service Level Agreement) for your on-premise installations.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS". Cleture Yazılım A.Ş. makes no express or implied warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Cleture Yazılım A.Ş. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. This limitation covers data loss, business loss, loss of profits, and all other damages.

Intellectual Property

The Cleture Connect brand, logo, and trade dress are the property of Cleture Yazılım A.Ş. The open source license does not transfer these intellectual property rights.

Termination

If you violate these terms, your right to use the software will terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the software means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
